Sister Martha nutzt diese N\u00e4he f\u00fcr Tagesreisen nach Ranong, Thailand, um z.B. Medikamente zu besorgen bzw. auch Kinder in Notf\u00e4llen im \u00f6rtlichen Krankenhaus behandeln zu lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein m\u00fchsamer Prozess: Zuerst m\u00fcssen Passierscheine der Beh\u00f6rden in Myanmar beantragt und ausgestellt werden. Gottlob stellen die Beh\u00f6rden nach wie vor Passierscheine f\u00fcr einen eint\u00e4gigen Aufenthalt im grenznahen Gebiet aus.<\/p>\n<p>Mit finanzieller Unterst\u00fctzung der Myanmar Stiftung konnte Sister Martha j\u00fcngst zwei Kinder mit schweren Augenkrankheiten in Ranong behandeln lassen. Mit den beiden fast blinden Kindern die Grenze per Boot zu \u00fcberqueren war eine Herausforderung.
